中国东方航空表示，其控股股东中国东方航空控股公司和CES Finance Holding Co.Ltd。同意向东方航空集团财务有限公司注资1,500亿人民币。

东航控股将按比例出资806.25万元人民币（129亿美元）现金； 中国东方航空将按比例出资375亿元人民币现金； CES Finance将按比例出资现金人民币318.75万元。
